It is soooooo hard to allow ourselves to feel vulnerable. I think it's the animalistic survival instinct within us. Thank you for sharing;~)
I have fought being vulnerable so long that I have to fight that protective instinct now in order to actually be vulnerable and therefore transparent and authentic. I am finding in this, that honesty flourishes a lasting peace.
